The villa captures and compliments the life and liveliness of this vibrant exciting city.

With spectacular sea views, the Promenade/Beach is just across the road - 10 meters away, with private and public bathing areas. Castel Plage Restaurant on the beach provides all-day sun beds, umbrellas, and waiter service.

150 Meters away is the 'Cours Saleya', the main market square and centre of activity of the Old Town. Perfect for enjoying a coffee and people-watching. And underneath the square - a 4 story car park. From the patio there is a fantastic view of the whole Bay of Nice as far as the Airport (7km).

Behind the house, outside the hall door, is the Tour Bellanda, the most famous landmark in Nice. Culturally, Nice is renowned for its many very old Churches, 20 Museums, a world renowned Opera House, many theatres, hundreds of fine art shops and of course eating! There are over 3,000 restaurants in the Nice area and you can eat in a different one every day for a year – all within walking distance of the villa. Every type and at every price - even a Michelin star across the road from the Villa!

The Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is the second largest in France.
45 airlines make 82 direct connections to 27 countries worldwide and operate a large number of daily flights to and from 30 other French cities. With over 300 flights a week and some 45 daily flights, the Paris-Nice route is the busiest in France.

Price : 1,30 Euros (8,50 FF) one way.
Departures from Terminal 1 every 30 minutes, between 6 am and 9pm.
• "Sun Bus" also proposes a "Nice by bus" tourist card which allows for unlimited travel on the city bus network for 1 to 7 days, and includes a free trip on the "Airport-Nice City" route.



TRAVELLING BY ROAD
Nice interconnects with major European cities via an extensive motorway network. The city is linked by the A8 "La Provençale" to Aix-en-Provence on the west and the Italian border on the east.
It takes approximately 9 hours to drive from Paris to Nice by motorway.
To reach the villa from the motorway, take exit n° 50 for Promenade des Anglais.

Note:
There are three major underground car parks within 5-7 minutes walk from the villa.



TRAVELLING BY RAIL
La SNCF (French National Railway Company) provides 11 regular connections from abroad and 20 daily connections with the largest cities in France. The T.G.V. (high-speed train) links Paris to Nice in 6 1/2 hours.
Direct daily connections : 4 to 5 in summer, 2 in winter.
A "car-train" service is available between major French cities : vehicles are transported at the same time as their owners, who travel in "couchettes".
