The villa is the first sea fronted private house on the whole of the Bay of Nice and easily accessible to all the beauties of the Côte d'Àzur.

Originally built in the mid 18th Century, it has been remodelled many times, most recently in 2001 by Jean-Marie Roig, a well known local painter.

A large air-conditioned Lounge/Dining room for up to 8 people with panoramic views of the whole of the bay (immortalised by Raoul Dufy), private bar and fully-equipped kitchen. On the garden patio you can eat out in the sun or in the shade.

The three bedrooms have individually controlled air-conditioning. The master bedroom is en-suite with WC, large sunken bath and large separate shower. Access through the French windows leads to a small lower garden. The two other bedrooms have their own shower and wash basin. Also, a unique feature - a very large Steam Room (Hammam).
